Your 499 REALTOR will provide photography and take care of all the required paperwork in getting your home listed. Your MLS (www.dabr.com) listing will be active within 24-48 hours of your listing appointment and in many cases the same day.
Step Two:
A visit from a 499 Realtor with all paperwork including state required forms, market analysis of your home or business, photography, a professional yard sign and lock box with small deposit. We could your handle all your showings with perspective buyers and schedule the agents/realtors showings with their clients or have a showing company schedule all your showings for you at their monthly rate for your entire listing agreement.
Step Three is optional once you have an accepted contract
